I am a saphic who takes pleasure in pleasing those who consider themselves women, I consider myself a lesbian, but if you asked after my AGAB (Assigned Gender At Birth, and decided on physical features only, thusly an accident of birth) somthing you should not ask of anyone, I would tersely answer "that's not your business" , if you say you are a woman in your heart then you are a woman, and equaly if you say you are other than a woman in your heart I must take your word for it as only you can know your own mind and isues of gender harm nobody except potentialy yourself in medical emergencies where patient research might not be done due to lack of time and so assumptions may be made introducing increased probabillity of risky or dangerous mistakes being made.
