Sollte ich meine Bilder auf anderen Internetseiten oder in irgendwelchen Foren wiederfinden so wird die Beauftragung eines Anwalts zur Einbringung einer Klage nach dem UrhG unumgänglich. Gem. § 50 Abs. 2 Z 10 (JN) ist nämlich für Streitigkeiten aus dem Urheberrecht unabhängig vom Streitwert immer das Landesgericht zuständig und dort besteht Rechtsanwaltszwang. Da die Kosten einer derartigen Klage nicht unbeträchtlich sind, sollte man sich daher im vorhinein überlegen, ob es sich auszahlt Bilder an denen man keine Rechte hat zu veröffentlichen. Zusammengefasst kann man also sagen ... Vorsicht! Urheberrecht- bzw. Copyright-Verletzungen können sehr teuer werden.
